• Unit Owner in good standing
• Registered Tenant
– If more than six (6) people
• Must Reserve at Condo Office
• Refundable Deposit Required
• Show a written Authorization to Security
– Register with Security
• Leave Driver’s License or Passport (Photo ID)
• Agree to Obey all Rules & Regulations
