URGENT: Pool closing


Due to critical structural damage the swimming pool will not be operational starting Monday, February 27, 2012 until further notice.

The construction company, Diversifed, estimates this might take from 120 to 160 days.

On Feb 21 Maintenance Staff will be conducting  inspections of units to determine leaks in bathroom and kitchen locations.  The above is part of our efforts to reduce cost for all unit owners by reducing consumption of water which is the second largest budget line item.
