The new coupons for the payments of your Maintenance and Special Assessment for 2012 are on the way by regular mail.

Please, note that we are using a new bank, Executive National Bank, to process the payments.

Also enclosed in your package is an OWNER INFORMATION form to update your mailing information and to start receiving all notifications via email.

NEW: Charge it to your Unit

Unit Charge Authorization

We are introducing a new service for non-delinquent unit owners to facilitate the payment for services and materials at the Pavilion.

We can continue pay in advance by check or money order or now we can charge it to our units.

This will make it easy to pay at the Pavilion office or wherever the owner might be by signing the form and emailing or faxing the form to the Pavilion.

For example, if you need A/C filters and you live in Buenos Aires,  you can contact the Pavilion and the form will be send to you with the corresponding amount for the filters and installation.

You can sign the form and return it to the Pavilion for the filters and installation by the Pavilion staff.

Remember, that if we do not pay on time a $25 late fee will be added to the Unit’s ledger.
