On this date, May 24, 2012, the law firm of McArdle & Perez, P.A. delivered a letter to the Board of Directors of the Pavilion Condominium Association objecting to the $50 fee proposed to be charged on leases. The Association may not charge fees on lease when it does not have approval rights under the condo documents, in accordance with Florida law.
This Board is once again acting in a manner that will invite legal challenges and will cause the Association to incur unnecessary legal fees.
