few actually passed that directly impact community associations.
Those which did pass give rise to certain steps we recommend
our Association clients implement in order to be better protected or to take
full advantage of beneficial changes in the law. Click button below for

Especially for communities such as yours which are located
in Miami Dade or Monroe County, some of these Action Items may be of particular
importance, including adoption of an emergency disaster plan and policies
regarding email communication with absentee owners.
