All unit owners who plan to have construction/renovations in their unit MUST inform the Office beforehand to schedule and provide the following:
- pick-up a name tag to walk around the condo
- a deposit check
- scope of renovation work
- contractors' license and applicable permits
- any other information the Office instructs to provide
In addition, ALL contractors MUST register with the office upon entering the condo and sign-in on a daily basis.
Units under renovations MUST lay down a taped and safe contractor's sturdy paper covering outside the unit door to avoid having debris walked on in the halls and condo.
